U.S. bayonet for the M1 and Springfield rifle. 1) 1942 production M1905 bayonet, 16" parkerized blade, ricasso stamped "U.S.(flaming Bomb in center), 1942" and "PAL" in circle. (PAL blade & Tool Co. Plattsburg, NY). OD green fiberglass scabbard, steel throat stamped "U.S." in flaming bomb. Both in excellent condition.
